Have You Tried Turning It On And Off Again?| Grafill | 2015
As part of Viseult 2015, were invited to create our first exhibition in Norway. Titled ‘Have you Tried Turning it on and off again?’ the show explained our working method through a film and series of prints, as well as two new installations.
‘Digital Ephemera’ used smile detection to set up a feedback loop between viewer and a projection of viral films from the internet.
‘Quartet’ used a series of graphical interpretations of movement drawn from Hellicar & Lewis’s previous work in dance and therapeutic interaction to create a tetralogy of screens that respond to each other and the viewers movement.
Thanks to the team at Grafill, the openFrameworks community, particularly Christopher Baker, Kyle McDonald, Sam Kronick, Neil Mendoza.
